Hello everybody!

I've been working on a fux for the Date display error and a ansi display fix for GoldED.
I've done pull request on the GoldED github and also created gedwin64.exe and a gedwin.exe for testing. It now displays ansi graphics and CTRL A for SBBS. Seems to work
good. Let me know what you think.

Cool, maybe work on adding support for Vote and Poll messages in the message base? As I hear, those currently confuse/break GoldEd+.
